What thoughts are dominant in your mind right now?  What is distracting you?  Bring those to God now and ask Him to focus your heart to hear from you.  After you sense a focus on Him, read the passage below using your Bible Study Insert.

“Come to me…” — Matthew 11:28

When it comes to the way our society tells us to handle pressure, the truth is, “man shall not live on energy drinks alone”.  Fake smiles fade.  You can only hold the pressure in long enough.  The excitement of the affair eventually wears off.  So if that’s not the solution, what is?  Maybe we’ve been looking at this whole situation with the wrong perspective.  What if even more important than what we DO when we’re under pressure is where we GO?   When you’re under pressure, WHERE are you going to find release?  You see, we all go somewhere. What I love about our passage today is what Jesus tells us where to go: “Come  to me.” (Matt. 11:28)

What do you sense your Heavenly Father speaking to you now?

How is He calling you to respond?
