How’s your heart this morning?  Are you dealing with any stresses or burdens?  Start your time today bringing them to your Heavenly Father, then, read the passage below using your Bible Study Insert.

Numbers 13:30 and Romans 8:31

Anyone reading this devotional today have some big problems?  Financial problems?  Relationship problems?  Parenting problems?  Work problems? Have you ever wondered why it is that some people have been right where you are today, with the same problems, but are experiencing something so much different than you are?  They’re kids are just as messed up.  They’re jobs are just as uncertain.  They’re health is just as questionable.  But they’re not nervous or scared.  They're not biting their nails or shaking their head.  Why is that?

For the people who know and trust God, it’s not because they’re in denial, it’s not because they’re naive (they know the problems are serious).  It’s because they’re embracing a “Caleb perspective”, not a “Ten spies” one. “Yes my problems are big, but my God is bigger.”

As you prepare to pray, what do you sense Him speaking to you right now?  How is He calling you to respond?
