The most frequent questions I am asked by parents are about discipline. So let me start here; No two children are alike, God made them each unique in all ways, you will find that they will respond differently to the same disciplinary action. As parents, we must keep consistency in dealing with discipline in how we administer, when we administer, and for what we discipline. I always say; “Know what works with each child and make minor modifications between siblings to allow the act of discipline to be effective with each individual child.”
